Learning Engagement Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Learning Engagement Consultant at Skillsoft will manage a portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing customer learning experiences and ensuring project delivery meets quality standards.

In Short

• Execute standard projects across multiple customers.
• Act as a project manager ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Consult with customers to define outcomes and project needs.
• Facilitate live sessions and curate content for learning.
• Provide guidance on product training and resource availability.
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain detailed project work plans and deliverables.
• Communicate with customers regarding service engagements.
• Limited travel required (10% annually).
• Work outside of normal business hours may be needed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Learning and Development principles.
• Strong consulting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate skills in desktop applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to derive insights from data.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Experience in Learning and Development roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms preferred.
