• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP) highly desirable.
• Active Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Deep expertise with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrumban).
• Experience with vendor management and leading tech adoption efforts across large organizations.
