Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maintain existing customers and gain new customers, ensuring alignment with Pencco’s capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• 8 years of equivalent experience in water, wastewater, or industrial treatment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
