Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will have the unique opportunity to build customer relationships by providing innovative solutions, mission focused products, and contracting vehicles to eliminate customer procurement challenges.

In Short

  • Responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining sales opportunities.
  • Develops and implements a regional sales plan and geographic strategy.
  • Interacts daily with customers and direct reports.
  • Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting and training employees.
  • Maintains and expands customer base through effective account management.
  • Travels to client locations and attends industry events.
  • Provides price quotations and establishes contract terms.
  • Collaborates with customers for product development and improvements.
  • Utilizes internal ERP system for processing sales orders.
  • Develops marketing strategies to generate sales leads.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Representative.
  • Understanding of Government Sales and Federal Contracting.
  • Experience with Department of Defense and Federal Agencies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite.
