Project Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Project Engineer will oversee planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to schedule. This role includes upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

• Oversee the technical design and engineering of assigned projects.
• Review and select process equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate between field construction teams and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with Plant Manager to resolve issues.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations.
• Promote safety through proper design.
• Submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets for cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH) preferred.
• Ability to oversee and manage projects from design to completion.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively within teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work effectively in remote settings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering/construction.
• General construction knowledge preferred.
