• Seeking a Regional Sales Manager with vast Pro AV Sales Experience.
• Promote, sell, and secure new business by understanding customer needs.
• Develop relationships with established accounts and new opportunities.
• Manage the success of the region to maximize profitable sales growth.
• Responsible for territories in the Western USA and Canada.
• Prepare information and tasks as assigned by sales management.
• Must demonstrate continual success in pursuing and securing new accounts.
• Manage annual expense budget effectively.
• Educate dealer/distributor personnel on products.
• Support other sales personnel while in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• At least 5 years in outside sales or related position.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Good judgment and positive mental attitude.
• Effective knowledge of computer use from remote locations.
• Demonstrated success in sales career.
• Effective sales management and strategic planning skills.
• High personal integrity in work and social interactions.
