The Growth & Lead Systems Manager will build scalable growth machines, automate operations, and own the top-to-bottom funnel in a fully remote environment.

• Manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple service properties.

• Clean and unify data across GA4, Tag Manager, and WhatConverts.
• Use Zapier, Make, and Python scripts to build growth automations.
• Launch Next-Gen AI-powered landing pages and test for viability.
• Collaborate with AI tools to deploy and QA optimized content.
• Build attribution infrastructure to track form submissions, calls, and ad conversions.
• Contribute to an automation-first playbook for scaling digital properties.

Requirements

• Experience in managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in data analytics and attribution.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and Make.
• Technical fluency and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI tools for content optimization.
• Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in building landing pages using Webflow and CMS integrations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
