Grammarly is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to architect and execute targeted go-to-market motions, leveraging various platforms to support sales and marketing teams in identifying and engaging high-value opportunities.

• Design and scale targeted engagement programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue or sales operations.
• Experience with GTM engagement platforms.
• Strong workflow design and automation skills.
• Proven success in sales and marketing alignment.
• Analytical mindset with success metrics definition.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• SaaS or high-growth B2B experience preferred.
• Experience with data tools like SQL is a plus.
