Overview

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

In Short

  • You’ll help inform and execute on Monad’s growth strategy, specifically in the APAC region.
  • You'll brainstorm and execute creative go-to-market strategies for prominent ecosystem projects.
  • You'll create up-to-trend initiatives and campaigns for the ecosystem projects to ensure their products are marketed to the fullest extent.
  • You'll consult and advise on the marketing strategy of ecosystem projects, especially in the language of web3 culture.
  • You’ll work with and alongside cross-functional teams including Business Development, DevRel, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • You’ll collaborate with a range of counterparties, builders, investors, exchanges, infrastructure providers to promote the growth of the Monad ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry with a marketing and/or an ecosystem growth related role.
  • Track record building and executing successful web3 GTM strategies.
  • You are crypto native, with a meaningful understanding of crypto concepts, technical overviews, culture, and industry segments.
  • Understand what crypto native users like with regard to content, trends, and other emerging verticals.
  • You are creative and can think outside of the box to achieve goals in a novel way.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and familiar with web3 communication styles (e.g. using TG, crypto vernacular, etc.)
  • You are autonomous and self-motivated, and are proactive in pursuing opportunities.
  • You are multilingual with professional fluency in English and another APAC-based language.
