The company is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support leadership with executive operations, sales admin tasks, and workflow management.

In Short

  • Fully remote position.
  • Full-time job with a schedule of 9 AM - 6 PM EST.
  • Support executive scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Handle email correspondence and prioritize tasks.
  • Manage CRM updates and sales data.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and sales documentation.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and notes.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Work closely with leadership on high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales support and business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to communication styles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Attio).
  • Excellent communication skills.
