Community Relationship Manager - Remote

Overview

The Community Relationship Manager is a people-first connector who builds trust and drives engagement within our online client and prospect community.

In Short

• Engage daily with leads and clients inside online community platforms.
• Nurture long-term relationships with leads who are not yet ready to transact.
• Build trust through consistent communication via calls, messages, comments, and event participation.
• Monitor sentiment, interest, and trends within the community.
• Coordinate with the Sales Transaction Manager to pass off qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up cadences inside Go High Level.
• Respond to DMs and community questions in real-time.
• Support and/or host live virtual events and trainings.
• Be the “voice of the community” internally.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire community members.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM tools.
