Community Relations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Community Relations Manager to drive the growth of our dental services for underserved patients who receive home health care services and hospice care. This role combines sales and marketing efforts to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and generate consistent patient referrals.

In Short

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities.
• Become a trusted advisor for our dental services within these communities.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase patient referrals.
• Represent Enable Dental at community events and conferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our dental services.
• Track marketing activities and sales leads using a CRM platform.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Department for optimal service delivery.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in presenting the company's vision and services.
• Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in healthcare.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
