In Short

• Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand impact and user engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including writing data analysis reports.
• Participate in setting the operation budget and monitor operational costs.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the MyShell community.
• Act as a liaison for cross-departmental communication.
• Initiate creative community events to drive engagement and fuel growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of successful operations.
• Fluent in English, able to adapt to an international work environment.
• Familiar with Web3 industry trends.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Robust social networking and communication skills.
• Excellent event planning and execution skills.
• Proficient in using various community management tools.
• Strong sense of time management and self-motivated.
