In Short

• Design and lead a unified data and experimentation framework across the company.
• Review and refactor existing data table structures and key/ID systems.
• Own the overall methodology for A/B testing and online experiments.
• Engage with core business lines to define problems and key metrics.
• Provide structured data analysis and experiment recommendations.
• Promote data naming conventions and ensure their adoption across the company.
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring mechanisms.
• Document and socialize internal best practices related to data and experimentation.
• Collaborate effectively with product, business, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Product Manager, or similar roles.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data handling.
• Proficient in Python or similar languages for data analysis.
• Understanding of data warehouse modeling concepts.
• Experience with online experimentation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership for data systems.
