Requirements

• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries.
• Experience with ServiceNow data and IT operations datasets.
• Skilled in SQL for data exploration.
• Knowledge of Snowflake.
• Familiarity with data storytelling tools.
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to deliver working models and iterate rapidly.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on business impact.
