Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with excellent academic credentials.
• At least 10 years of post-admission experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of global employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative thinker with decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
• Excellent English professional language skills.
• Ability to identify business and legal issues proactively.
• Experience in workforce management/Payroll is an advantage.
