Overview

As a Global Data Management Senior Manager in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in managing data accuracy and governance.

In Short

• Design and implement master data strategy.
• Conduct data profiling and validation across multiple systems.
• Design and implement robust data governance processes.
• Define data attributes and hierarchies based on business needs.
• Design and implement training strategy for end-users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in master data/data management.
• Proficient in data analysis, dashboarding, and data quality measurements.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with MDM concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing in a global and matrix environment.
