Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior People Team Business Partner to support our Revenue and Marketing organizations during a critical phase of growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive impactful people strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to partner directly with first-line managers on tactical initiatives.

• Serve as the key People Team partner for the CRO and CMO.
• Set the strategic direction for HR business partnering within the GTM function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience in high-growth organizations.
• Demonstrated success in strategic business partnering.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in HR business partnering tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in modern HR systems and data analysis tools.
