Senior Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team at PayNearMe, where you will manage key functions such as equity administration and corporate governance.

In Short

• Work closely with attorneys and cross-functional partners.
• Administer the company's equity program in Shareworks.
• Prepare Board of Directors exhibits for stock option approvals.
• Support General Counsel with Board meeting preparation.
• Manage outbound signature workflows and legal correspondence.
• Handle subpoena intake and coordinate responses.
• Assist with NDA review and special projects.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Experience with equity administration platforms, preferably Shareworks.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and Delaware corporate law.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Proficiency with legal technology tools.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
