Vice President, Finance, Strategy, and Analytics - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, quantitative and experienced leader for our Finance, Strategy, and Analytics team. In this role you will be responsible for leading our annual strategic and financial planning and tracking performance and reporting out to the company and the board.

In Short

• Lead annual and multi-year financial and strategic planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders on business case development.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Build management dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
• Run deal desk pricing review and approval for current markets.
• Design and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives.
• Build and manage a robust analytics team.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting systems.
• Support CFO/COO with board presentations and investor relations analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years leading company-wide financial planning cycles.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Accounting, or Analytics.
• Experience leading Pricing strategy and Deal desk review.
• Experience developing and presenting reports to senior leadership.
• Experience leading analytics teams and data environments.
• FinTech SaaS and/or Payments experience is a strong plus.
