Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Analytics - Remote

Overview

PayNearMe is seeking a dynamic leader for our Finance, Strategy, and Analytics team to drive strategic financial planning, pricing strategy, and analytics capabilities within the organization.

• Lead annual and multi-year financial and strategic planning processes.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies and deal desk reviews.
• Oversee company-wide performance management and KPI tracking.
• Build and lead an analytics team to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Support CFO/COO with board presentations and capital planning.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market dynamics assessments.
• Ensure alignment of financial strategies with company goals.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects effectively.
• Drive the implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years leading annual strategy and financial planning.
• 8+ years in Finance, Strategy, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or payments industry is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead pricing strategy and analytics teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with focus on team development.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Robust finance acumen in modeling and analysis.
