Overview

We're seeking a Senior Paralegal with deep expertise in corporate governance and corporate contract matters to support our global operations.

In Short

• Oversee global entity structure and subsidiary maintenance.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure compliance responsibilities are met.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, and Payroll on corporate housekeeping.
• Assist with negotiations for SaaS agreements.
• Continuously improve corporate governance processes.
• Strong track record in corporate governance.
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex issues.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce for contract management.
• Experience with intercompany rationalization plans preferred.

Requirements

• Solid experience with corporate record keeping and board governance.
• Comfort managing complex processes across jurisdictions.
• Pragmatic business enabler with strong relationship-building skills.
• Track record of managing expectations and demands effectively.
• Notary license preferred.
