Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Eptura, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, driving user adoption, and ensuring customer retention.

  • Strong understanding of Customer Success and experience managing a book of business.

  • Continuous learner with a user-centric approach.
  • Stays current on industry trends.
  • Familiar with Customer Success platforms and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of key Customer Success metrics.
  • Results-driven background in customer-facing roles.
