Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in post‑sales delivery, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of SaaS implementation projects.

• Manage a portfolio of medium to large, complex SaaS implementation projects.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, risk logs, and delivery milestones.
• Serve as the primary project point of contact after contract execution.
• Facilitate ongoing communication to ensure clarity on goals and tasks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Lead regular status meetings and track progress.
• Coordinate efforts across various teams for seamless delivery.
• Identify risks and manage project issues.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and data readiness.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
