Pavago is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our client’s AI and hybrid cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and booking qualified appointments with enterprise decision-makers. Success means setting at least one meeting per day and driving real pipeline growth. In Short

• Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in AI and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Consistently book 1–4 qualified meetings per day with decision-makers.
• Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to engage new leads.
• Track all outreach activities and results accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the founder and senior sales team to refine scripts.
• Possess a strong understanding of AI-driven products.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of success in outbound sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable making 80–120 cold calls per day.
• Demonstrated ability to generate at least 1 appointment per day.
• Familiarity with AI, hybrid cloud, or IT infrastructure solutions.
• Hands-on experience using CRM and sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
