Requirements

• 6–10 years in B2B Customer Success or Account Management.
• 2–4+ years of people management experience.
• Proven success in driving customer retention and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/CS tools.
• Excellent English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
• A leadership style that sets clear expectations and celebrates wins.
• Based in Malaysia with travel flexibility across APAC.
