Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Experience in K-12 school systems.
  • Data-driven customer health scoring experience.
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for tackling youth mental health issues.
  • Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
  • Background in educational technology is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluency in CRM systems and Google Suite.
