Overview

As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the people, processes, and tools that drive successful customer experiences.

In Short

  • Develop & Execute Customer Success Strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership from various departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback for improvements.
  • Manage and optimize customer portal and ticketing systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools for customer experience.
  • Establish data governance for accuracy and integrity.
  • Establish key performance metrics for customer health.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing Customer Success team.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Ability to design and implement customer success initiatives.
  • Executive presence to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and metrics analysis.
  • Proven experience in hiring and mentoring customer success teams.
