Overview

Flock Safety is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead and coach a team of CSMs to deliver value and an exceptional experience to our law enforcement customers. This is a fully remote position.

  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

  • Manage multiple projects and critical thinking.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Navigate tough conversations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adapt to changes and pivot when confronted with challenges.
  • Provide honest feedback and effective communication.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.
  • Experience in SaaS environment preferred.
  • Use Gainsight or another CS platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with de-escalation management.
  • High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to self-manage.
  • Passionate about Customer Success.
  • Team player contributing to overall morale.
  • Experience using CS platforms preferred.
