In Short

• We are looking for a high-agency recruiter who understands recruiting as a consulting role.
• You will manage 5-12 requisitions and make 3-4 hires a month.
• Expect to influence hiring decisions and connect work to quality of hire and company growth.
• You will stay connected with new hires through preboarding and their early tenure.
• Proactively partner with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and readiness.
• Must be comfortable using data to guide decisions and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for company offsites.
• Passion for Quality of Hire and candidate experience is essential.
• Must be self-directed and organized.
• Embrace remote work while prioritizing in-person collaboration.
