Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• 2–3 years of experience in the aviation industry (MRO, OEM, distribution, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A hunter’s drive to win new business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
