Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing a quota carrying team.
  • Strong leadership skills in customer success or related roles.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency in product support and reporting.
  • Sales acumen for coaching on retention and expansion strategies.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize effectively and balance needs.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and email marketing tools.
