  • Seeking an experienced Remote Help Desk Specialist.
  • Provide high-quality technical support in a remote work environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar desktop support or help desk role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  • Strong understanding of networking and operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Intune.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in desktop support or help desk role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Technical skills in troubleshooting hardware/software.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory.
  • Experience with remote desktop assistance.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Certifications are a plus but not required.
