Overview

We are seeking a Remote IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to assist users with troubleshooting IT issues, managing system administration tasks, and handling ticketing systems.

• Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in IT Helpdesk Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, MacOS, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
• Working Webcam.
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
