Remote IT Support Specialist

Overview

The Remote IT Support Specialist will handle after-hours support calls, providing T2/T3-level support and ensuring continuous service for clients by resolving tickets promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or MSP environments.
• Extensive experience with remote support tools.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and servers.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with SonicWall firewalls and Arcserve Shadow Protect.
• Expertise in Active Directory and Azure management.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and batch file scripting.
• Understanding of PSA or ticketing systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work PST hours.
