Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Help Desk Support experience.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products.
  • A+ Certification highly desired or must obtain within 120 days.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Mac is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
