In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate tickets that have been assigned
  • Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Create and manage users and permissions
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT experience in a mid-size enterprise environment
  • Requires sufficient knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently
  • Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other Systems Division staff
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of system networking and security on Mac and windows distributed systems
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Okta - Advantage
  • Experience with Automation of Infrastructure using Terraform And Wortako tools - Advantage
  • Experience with cloud security best practices, including: authentication and networking - an advantage
