Overview

The IT Helpdesk Specialist will manage and resolve complex IT issues, provide support for various applications, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

In Short

  • Act as an escalation point for Level 1 technicians.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Conduct end-user training on security best practices.
  • Ensure proper ticket documentation in ConnectWise.
  • Meet SLA response and resolution times.
  • Apply security updates for endpoints and servers.
  • Assist with new client onboarding.
  • Participate in client audits for IT infrastructure.
  • Document solutions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay updated with IT trends and security threats.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or similar roles.
  • Experience with Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • Expertise in Office 365 applications and Azure.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar tools.
  • Microsoft and Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity (ISO 27001).
  • Ability to work independently.
