Overview

The Help Desk Specialist will provide tier 1 support to clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

In Short

  • Provide tier 1 support to clients.
  • Escalate customer support issues as necessary.
  • Prepare hardware for customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation.
  • Monitor assigned alerts and respond appropriately.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Entry-level position, some experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Availability to work weekdays 8am - 5pm ET.
