Overview

The Technical Support Specialist II is responsible for providing first and second-line support to customers, partners, and consultants, requiring excellent communication and technical skills.

In Short

  • Provide advanced technical support for EV charging stations and related systems.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 support.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in training Tier 1 support agents.
  • Test firmware and software updates for new features.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics and cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of EV charging standards is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
