Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
  • Handle technical support requests from customers during the trial phase.
  • Utilize troubleshooting knowledge to resolve customer issues.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote product usage.
  • Work remotely, Monday-Friday from 1 pm-9 pm UTC.
  • Strong consultative skills are required.
  • Advisory or technical implementation experience is preferred.
  • Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro and specific hardware specifications.
  • Competitive pay offered by a Fortune 500 client.
  • Remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in advisory or technical implementation.
  • Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Certifications like MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs are preferred.
  • RAVE experience is a plus.
  • Must meet specific device and connection requirements.
