  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with AEs and Sales Leadership on strategies.
  • Participate in training and feedback sessions.
  • Track outreach volume and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Performance-driven with a desire for career growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
