  • Drive the ambitious growth of Paretos in the DACH region.
  • Utilize both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Identify new clients and help them grow with our software solution.
  • Conduct online demos showcasing our platform.
  • Responsible for lead qualification and converting leads into customers.
  • Consistently close new business based on targets.
  • Reach out to decision-makers at business clients.
  • Conduct complex negotiation meetings.
  • Build relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a strong sales ability.
  • Experience in digital transformation / modern tool landscape.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Exceptional sales and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Goal-focused and committed approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
