Overview

The Partner Account Manager will manage key partner relationships to drive success for PAR POS and its partners, focusing on driving revenue and growing relationships with existing partners.

In Short

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, client success, or sales roles in a technology company (preferably SaaS)
  • Restaurant technology experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience influencing senior-level decision-makers
  • Ability to manage external relationships in a partner and/or client-facing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Suite, and DocuSign/AdobeSign
  • Familiarity with AWS, Postman, and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with comfort validating data and assumptions

  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience building scalable partner engagement models
