Technical Specialist, DLP and SaaS - Remote

Overview

The Technical Specialist for DLP & SaaS at Palo Alto Networks will support the mission of improving security postures of organizations through the development of security best practice products and services.

In Short

• Understand and characterize customer needs to develop DLP & SaaS offerings.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely market deployment of DLP & SaaS services.
• Monitor industry research and sponsor R&D for business growth.
• Design and articulate technical use cases for strategic priorities.
• Evangelize DLP & SaaS solutions through presentations to stakeholders.
• Run demos and assist in POCs for customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role with knowledge of DLP and SaaS.
• Previous pre-sales experience is required.
• Experience engaging with VP/C-level customers.
• Proven track record in analysis and strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
