Overview

As an Associate Account Manager (AAM), you will support customers in securing their cloud and on-premise environments, as well as their global workforce, while collaborating with Account Managers to guide clients toward the right solutions for their cybersecurity challenges.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Account Managers on new customer acquisition.
  • Own pipeline generation activities including prospecting and outreach.
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team.
  • Support complex sales cycles with external partners.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Palo Alto Networks solution portfolio.
  • Identify client needs and provide product guidance.
  • Monitor industry news and trends.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics set by management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Enthusiasm for technology.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Willingness to travel.
