Overview

The Associate Account Manager will support customers in the Southern Europe region, focusing on guiding them to improve their sustainability programs and ensuring satisfaction with EcoVadis' services.

In Short

  • Support customers in sustainability programs across Southern Europe.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Italian is required.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to maximize their value from EcoVadis solutions.
  • Develop customer program plans and act as the main point of contact.
  • Advise customers on implementing sustainable procurement programs.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Promote and upsell additional EcoVadis services.
  • Monitor operations to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of customer management or consulting experience.
  • Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Italian.
  • Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in developing Account Plans.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Interest in working in an international environment.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about sustainability.
