Overview

The Regional Vice President Sales for the Western Division is responsible for all aspects of sales planning, strategy implementation, and execution within the region. This role requires collaboration with distributor partners and focuses on developing overall sales strategies and performance measures while leading a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in sales team development.
  • Ability to present to buyers and key distributor personnel.
  • Experience with consumer data analysis for business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven sales leadership in retail with customer interaction experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in wine & spirits sales.
  • History of achieving sales growth and profit.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
