  • Self-source six or more $25K+ opportunities per month.
  • Document all sales activities in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Adapt quickly to feedback and improve messaging.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or AI.
  • Proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience with product demos.
  • Ability to self-source leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
