Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to support a prominent marketing agency based in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding our agency's reach.

In Short

  • Build and curate lead lists using Lusha and other prospecting tools
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting US-based prospects
  • Write, test, and optimize outreach messaging that reflects our tone and mission
  • Send personalized InMails using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Follow up on responses, manage conversations, and book discovery calls via Calendly
  • Maintain and update CRM and outreach tools regularly
  • Continuously improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify potential campaign strategies that resonate with prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach methods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
